We are pleased to introduce to you Dr. William L. (Bill) Bowers,our
new Interim Pastor. Dr. Bill served as Interim Senior Pastor at the
Community Presbyterian Church in Celebration, Florida in 2008 and
2009. He served as the Senior Pastor of Dundee Presbyterian church
in Omaha 1993-2007. Prior, he served in Mansfield , Ohioand
Wilmington , Delaware . Dr. Bill is a graduate of Penn State ;
received his M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary; hisD.Min.
from Ashland Theological Seminary, Trinity LutheranSeminary and
The Methodist Theological Seminary of Ohio . He is currently a
Trustee of Princeton Theological Seminary and hasserved as
President of Board of Directors Logos; President of RotaryClub of
Mansfield ; Preaching and Parish Ministry Instructor at Ashland
Seminary. Dr. Bill and Joannie met at Penn State and have been
married 41 years. They live in Omaha where Joannie serves as
Volunteer Coordinator for The Visiting Nurses Association. Their
family consists of two daughters and their families living in Omaha
and a third daughter and family in Kansas City . They have six
grandchildren
